Whether you are new or returning, Sexuality & Gender Equity Initiatives wants to ensure your time at UMD is as affirming, empowering & engaging as possible!
There are many opportunities for involvement on campus, including the Queer and Allied Student Union student organization or participating in the ODI Kick-off before your first semester even begins.
There are resources & services on campus to create a more comfortable environment for you during your time in class, in your organizations or elsewhere on campus. There's also an opportunity to study history, theory & more in the College of Liberal Arts' LGBTQ minor.
